Warm weather is here. Time to officially make the switch to iced coffee. My go to summer drink is dark coffee with coffee ice cubes, soy milk, & a splash of maple syrup that I have delivered straight from the farm in the Adirondacks where it is made (AKA my dad brings it to me), but this Fresh Mint Iced Coffee recipe from How Sweet It Is might be my new summer beverage.

I love growing fresh herbs, but I have had a hard time putting my mint & chocolate mint plants to good use. I think this is the solution.
